On our About Us page we talk about our values. This series of blogs talks about our values in more detail, and why they are important to us.
Fun is a very subjective term. Which is good. People have fun in different ways, and so long as it isn’t at the cost of others – the fun isn’t malignant – we as a firm want to facilitate an enjoyable life for our staff and customers.

If our staff are having fun they are more engaged in their work, stay with us longer and grow with us until they rise to their next journey. Having a fun working environment is so incredibly important: to sustain the mental and physical wellbeing of people; to ensure we offer the best service available on the market. It is impossible to do without having fun.
And for customers, nobody wants a miserable service. Our clients never come to us asking for ‘the most miserable people you can get on this project’. When an organisation suffers from high staff turnover they may lose three important things: knowledge, rising-stars, team-culture; you hardly want to invest time in telling our staff about your business, only for that person to not be bothered to document the knowledge and leave with it with no benefit to you.
FUN is important. Without us having fun, without you and us having fun together – a good relationship won’t hold for long. We love retaining staff, we love retaining clients – it starts with enjoying ourselves and enjoying our work.
